Christian Bassett is recruiting a Client Advisor for a European luxury fashion company.
• Reports to Store Manager / Store-in-charge
Job Summary:
• Represent the Brand towards the customers and collaborate in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store.
• To induce customer purchases and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty through the provision of exceptional customer service with adequate expertise, according to the company-defined rules for excellence of client experience. Support the Store manager / Store in charge in the running of the store operations.
Responsibilities:
Sales and After-sales service
• Perform daily sales work and client servicing according to company standards and guidelines.
• Complete sales, adapting the product to the needs of customers and in doing so, achieve the established sales goals with full customer satisfaction.
• Tend to customers before and after the sale, following the criteria for excellence, with the goal of having them feel that the company cares and provides professional service, so that they will develop an optimum image of the company, which will in turn lead to more sales.
• Ensure that the after-sales service is carried out with the same spirit as the sales, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.
• Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends and competitors.
Customer Management & CRM
• Deal with customer enquiries and complaints with the manager’s support.
• Follow up with customers who have purchased, recurrent customers and potential customers to develop relationships, build desire and the sensation of service, and thus pave the way for future sales.
• Manages his/her customers’ portfolio through the Client Book and the follow-up CRM actions
Visual Merchandising
• To maintain merchandise, the store, and all displays in top condition according to company guidelines.
• Points out and feedbacks on any necessary correction.
Product
• Has an in-depth knowledge of all the products and is always up-to-date on the whole Product collection in the Store.
• Provide to the Store Manager / Store in charge all the requests and feedbacks received from customers on the products.
Store Operations
• Assist Store Manager / Store in charge in all Store Operations activities, such as reporting, inventory management, stockroom management etc.
• Support projects and ad hoc duties as assigned, such as Stock take, Store operations review, etc.
