Christian Bassett is recruiting a Commercial Operations Manager for a luxury European watch company.
Job Description
• Ensure that all functions are efficiently performed.
• Manage operations and retail teams in all functions, including sales productivity, stock, client experience, client relationship management, customer service, staff training and development, store procedures, store planning with the help of all departments.
• Oversee and drive the successful implementation of the retail strategy in all distribution channels.
• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to clients.
• Drive business growth and make sure that the financial goals and qualitative objectives are met.
• Implement a sustainable distribution strategy that will enable the brand to achieve its quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Luxury Retail industries.
• Proven track record of managing commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
