Christian Bassett is recruiting a Creative Director for a luxury jewellery company.
To plan, develop and implement visual strategies, to support Marketing & Communications department on public relations activities for all our markets.
Reporting: Global Brand Director, Shanghai
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Be a visual team member that fulfils expectation.
• Supports and empowers Visual team and Marketing & Communications department to make visual decisions that are consistent with brand standards.
• Collaborates, works with and provides support internally to all departments and to external stakeholders to build visual capabilities, and create products that is consistent with visual strategy.
• Provides consistent coaching and feedback helping to create a high performance and highly engaged team.
• Builds positive and effective communications internally with all departments as well as external vendors.
• Driving the front-end process, soliciting and gathering ideas, developing the business case, vetting ideas with the team, and working with the teams to precipitate action and see results.
• Oversees the implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of visual.
• Other task assigned by supervisor
Academic Background requirement
• University degree or higher
Working Experience requirement
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
Language Skill requirements
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Certificate / Profession Skill requirements
• Competent in common business software such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects
• Davinci Resolve or any Film editing skill
Other specific Knowledge / Skills requirements
• Art or luxury background preferable
