Christian Bassett is recruiting a Head of Social Media for a luxury jewellery company.
• The Head of Social Media will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on social media engagement.
• This role will drive the brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and optimize digital performance across all channels, especially the global social platforms, like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo, and The Little Red Book.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Strategy Development, Digital and Social Media Budget Management.
• Create and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals.
• Develop social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Integrate digital campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Ensure local digital and social strategy is properly implemented and effectively manage annual social and digital budget.
Content Development and Management
• Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content across digital and social media platforms.
• Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and optimized for performance.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions.
• In charge of social agency management, coordination and performance control.
• Take the lead of contents development with relevant parties (ie. Sleas team, regional team), including content strategy and content mapping for key platforms.
Online KOL Management and Community Engagement
• Identify and screening online influencers to develop related KOL programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with online communities and influencers.
• Manage client interactions and feedback across digital platforms.
EPR and SEM Campaign Management
• Lead the project of EPR and SEM.
• Conduct briefing meeting and budget negotiation with local social and digital agency for each campaign.
• Coordinate own social post, EPR and SEM content approval with line manager.
• Participate in media Coop planning meetings to gain synergy and leverage bonus resources from brand exposure with media partner and CCTAJ PR team.
Performance Analysis and Trend Monitoring
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
• Utilize data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media
• Experiment with new tools and platforms to enhance digital presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments (e.g. sales, design, production, and the rest of marketing team) to ensure a unified approach to digital marketing
• Coordinate campaigns that leverage multiple digital channels.
Academic Background requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Working Experience requirement
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and social medial management.
• Proven track record of developing successful digital campaigns.
Language Skill requirements
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Specific Knowledge / Skills requirements
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analystics
