Christian Bassett is recruiting a Retail Director, Philippines for a luxury European Jewellery company.
Job Description
• You will foster local cross-functional relationships to capitalize on sales/business opportunities and growth potential for new client acquisition and cultivate the current client portfolio, and drive the HJ business for enhanced desirability.
• You will also develop the annual budget and sales, profitability targets, and the market share growth.
• Develop initiatives with local CR/Communications to maximize recognition and visibility within the community and create unique experiences for existing and potential clients.
• Coach and develop a strong store management team by guiding, supporting, and regular performance feedback to foster a retail client-centric mindset reflective of the unique brand experience.
• Oversee and ensure that all matters are managed in a compliant manner.
Requirements
• You are dynamic, attentive, and an inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients,
• 12-15 years' experience in Luxury Retail (jewellery experience is advantageous) with time spent in country management exposure,
• 10+ years of leadership experience with strong leadership skills,
