Christian Bassett is recruiting Retail Training Manager for a renowned luxury fashion company.
 
JOB PURPOSE
• Overview of the design, implementation and delivery of the Store Training Programs to Store Staff, with a focus on the improvement of client experience and business results.
• Needs to develop the individual, the team and the organizational performance in order to achieve Company’s goals – including but not limited to business and strategic results as requested by Local Market and HQ Store Training Department.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages the relation with HQ Store Training to collect, evaluate and prepare a shared calendar of the learning programs for Stores based on global and local projects.
• Works with local stakeholders (GM, ROP, CRM, and HR) to review business needs and goals.
• Creation, customization and implementation of Store Training programs (in person training, webinars, gaming platforms, digital apps, e learning, LMS platform, etc.) in
• order to support the achievement of the business goals.
• Manage the training team of the Region/Country with an accurate project management approach, sharing calendars, timing, programs, evaluation, etc.
• Evaluate training KPI’s and business performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
• Creates, designs and executes training strategies and programs both in-house and with expert third parties
• Deliver trainings including support for on-boarding to Store Staff
• Following proper observation and feedback on the floor, conducts On-the Spot Training to the store teams
• Collaborates with internal Department to guarantee consistency in covering needs and relative training projects
• Works with local HR and L&D team to review needs for specific developmental initiatives to support internal growths, career paths according to the Performance
• Management results
• Effectively manages the training budget.
• Manages the LMS locally for store training needs, and works effectively with platform and dashboards 
 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree,
• 10+ years of work experience as Store/Retail Trainer with special focus on Client Journey and Clienteling;
• Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
• Experience planning and managing both small and large-scale training events
• Experience in project management and budgeting;
• Experience in a client facing role at a retail setting, Luxury retail experience is preferred; Digital mindset;
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
• Experience in project management and budgeting;
• Analytical, instructional, interpersonal and public speaking skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Success Factors modules, LMS digital platforms for learning and digital training solutions;
• Very good knowledge of English language; 
• Very fluent in local language (Korean) is a MUST
