Christian Bassett is recruiting a Store Manager, Japan for a leading European urban and chic fast fashion company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
• Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance
• Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
• Leading on recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out
• Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
• Overseeing store operations
• Creating a great place to work
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in building long-term relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to drive sales and profitability.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with the Korean area and Regional Sales teams.
• Ability to commute to Tokyo Store(Aoyama, Odaiba)
